General Service Requests
Use this form to request services such as:
- Report high or low pressure or request a pressure check at a site
- Report an issue with low flow at your home or business
- Request a Meter Re-read – If your bill is higher than normal, request that a meter reader take a second look to assure that the meter reading reported for billing purposes was correct. We’ll notify you if the reading is correct and if we suspect a leak may be to blame for the high bill.
- Report a Problem – If you have any problems with your service that don’t fall into the other categories or if there is something that you have noted as a problem in the system generally, let us know what it is.
