With our EZ Pay option your water bill will be automatically paid by a deduction from your checking, savings or money market account.
- Your water bill will still be mailed to you unless you elect to use paperless billing.
- We will process the payment on the 20th of each month.
- You can cancel this plan at any time.

We’ll still mail your paper bills unless you opt to enroll in paperless billing. Payments are processed and submitted to your bank on the 20th of each month. You can cancel this plan at any time.

You will need your account number and Unique ID (found on your bill until your account is registered) on hand when you log in to enroll. When you enroll you will create a user ID and password for future access to your online account.
Non-recurring Payments
Don’t want to sign up for an automatic payment option? Make a one-time online payment, or pay by phone, mail, in person.
Online payments are quick and free. After initial registration of your account, you can login to Online Bill Pay to make payments electronically just one time or all of the time. You will continue to receive a paper bill.

DO NOT use Online bill pay if you have received a shut off notice. Payments made via online bill pay may not post to your account for up to two days. Please call Customer Service at 503-761-0220 between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM on Monday through Friday.

Please call our automated payment system at 866-571-7726 to make your payment over the phone. Your account number will be required.

Visit our office to pay in person or use the drop box on the front of our building.
- During business hours payments can be made by: check, cash, or debit/credit cards, money orders

Past Due Account
What if my account is past due?
Life happens. We understand that financial difficulties can crop up in anyone’s life. If your account is delinquent, give customer service a call. Depending on your circumstances, they may be able to offer extensions or more manageable payment arrangements. A partial payment may be enough to keep your water on. Call us during normal business hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday to discuss your options.
