We’ll get field staff out to your home or business to look into your issue as soon as possible. Request services such as:
- Report high or low pressure
- Request a pressure check
- Request a meter re-read if your bill seems unusually high or low
- Stop and start service
- Report any other problem

If you have a service issue, call our office at 503-761-0220 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and our customer service staff will process a request for service.
