Start or stop service by calling our office at 503-761-0220 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. You may also use our online form to start or stop service.
Final bills will be generated on the next business day following the request date.
For current customers moving to a new address within our service area, your account balance will be transferred to your new address.
Include a phone number or email address with any request to stop service, in order to assure that we can contact you with your final billing amount.
Contact our office by email at email@example.com to request a final bill amount for closing documents. Your email will need to include the property address and the date of title transfer or closing. Please allow two business days for production of the final bill amount. We do not pro-rate water bills.

Closing on Properties with Delinquent Accounts
Properties with water service suspended at the time of closing due to delinquency on the account will not have service restored until such time as the account is paid in full. Home buyers should verify that the closing agent collects for any unpaid water bills in order to assure water service is available at the time of possession.
