Projects

Sunrise Water Authority maintains, repairs, replaces and refurbishes parts of the water system on an ongoing basis to assure the continued reliability and safe delivery of drinking water to our customers.  The agency prepares a Capital Improvement Plan to guide our investments in infrastructure.

Projects are funded from various sources:

• Systems Development Charges are used for the construction of infrastructure to support new growth, or to pay debt associated with construction of such infrastructure.
• Maintenance, repair, rehabilitation, and replacement of existing infrastructure is funded through service charges.
